Though there are people who just gaze at the mountains are feel very happy and relaxed, there are several trekkers who walk and live in the mountains for several days. One thing you have to remember. Trekking is walking and you should have willpower to walk. Trekking is a cultural rather than a wilderness experience. In the later sections, I have tried to show different trekking destinations and the things you need to consider before you are going for trekking.
